Dayton & Montgomery County
Carpet Cleaning in Dayton
We clean carpets for homes and businesses across Dayton and Montgomery County — Kettering, Centerville, Huber Heights, Beavercreek, and everywhere in between. Whether it's a living room that's seen twenty years of foot traffic or an office floor that never gets a break, we do the work and we do it right.
Carpet takes a beating. Kids, pets, muddy boots off the driveway, spills nobody owned up to — it all works its way down into the fibers where a vacuum can't reach. We pull that out. Residential or commercial, one room or the whole house, you get carpet that looks bright and smells fresh again.

How we clean
Hot water extraction, done in steps
Most folks call it steam cleaning. The real name is hot water extraction, and it's the method that actually gets carpet clean instead of just moving the dirt around. Here's how it goes:
Pre-treat. We spray a cleaning solution over the carpet and hit the high-traffic lanes and any spots that need extra attention.
Dwell. We let that solution sit for a few minutes so it can break down the grease, soil, and grime holding onto the fibers.
Hot-water extraction pass. Our machine pushes hot water deep into the carpet and pulls it right back out under strong suction — carrying the loosened dirt with it, all the way down to the backing.
Controlled dry. We make extra dry passes to lift out as much moisture as the machine can take, so you're not left with a soggy floor.
Why does this beat a rental machine from the grocery store? Those units don't heat the water hot enough or pull with enough suction, so they leave soap and moisture sitting in the carpet — which is exactly what makes it get dirty again fast. Dry cleaning methods only touch the surface. Hot water extraction reaches the part of the carpet you can't see, and that's where the smell and the grind live.
What it takes care of
Traffic, allergens, and everyday stains
Day-to-day, the biggest thing we clear out is traffic soil — the gray lanes worn into hallways and in front of the couch where everybody walks. That's ground-in dirt, and pulling it out is what brings the color back.
Carpet also traps dust, dander, and pollen down in the fibers, so a deep clean helps a home feel fresher for anyone who deals with allergies. And we handle the everyday stuff: coffee, juice, tracked-in mud, and the light stains that come with real life. For a stubborn mark, our stain removal work goes after it directly, and when a pet is the culprit, pet stain and odor removal treats the source of the smell instead of covering it.
We'll always be honest with you. Most stains come up, but a very old set stain or a bleach spot may be permanent. If something won't fully lift, we'll tell you straight rather than promise a miracle.
Dry time
Most carpet is dry in a few hours. Because we make those extra dry passes at the end, you're not waiting all day to walk on your floors. Crack a window or run a fan and it dries even quicker.
Every fiber
We clean all carpet types
Not every carpet is the same, so we adjust how we clean based on what's on your floor:
Nylon is the workhorse in most homes — tough and holds up to a strong clean. Polyester is soft and stain-resistant but can flatten in high-traffic areas, so we treat it gently. Olefin (polypropylene) shows up in a lot of basements and Berbers; it hides dirt and needs a real extraction to get it out. Wool is natural and needs a careful touch and the right solution so it isn't damaged.
A big chunk of Dayton's older ranch and split-level homes — the 1950s-through-70s neighborhoods all through Kettering, Trotwood, and Huber Heights — still have their original wall-to-wall carpet. That carpet was built to last, but decades of foot traffic pack it down and fill it up. A proper hot water extraction is what brings that old carpet back to life. If you've got area rugs or Oriental rugs too, our rug cleaning handles those by hand.
Bigger jobs
Commercial floors and move-out turnovers
Businesses run harder on their carpet than any house does. Offices, medical suites, and retail floors take constant traffic, and we clean them around your hours — evenings and weekends included — on a one-time or regular schedule. See our commercial carpet cleaning for how that works.
Dayton is a Wright-Patterson town, so we do a lot of rental and military turnover work. When a lease ends or orders come through, the carpet has to look right for the walk-through or the next tenant. Our move-in and move-out cleaning gets a place ready fast so you can hand over the keys with the floors done.
What it costs
Whole-home carpet cleaning
Most Dayton homeowners pay $100–$280 for whole-home carpet cleaning, depending on the number of rooms, the size of the place, and how much stain or pet treatment it needs. You'll get a real number up front — no surprises added at the door.
Our promise
Satisfaction guaranteed
We stand behind the work. If a spot we cleaned isn't right, call us and we'll come back out and take care of it. That's the deal. We'd rather make it right than leave you looking at a mark every day.
Good to know
Carpet cleaning questions
Most carpet is dry in a few hours. We pull out as much moisture as the machine can take on the final passes, so you're not waiting all day. Open a window or run a fan and it goes even faster.
A lot of them, yes. Everyday traffic soil and most food, drink, and dirt stains come up. We'll be straight with you though: some very old set stains and bleach spots are permanent, and we'll tell you before we start instead of promising something we can't do.
Yes. Once the carpet is dry it's ready for the family again. If you have specific sensitivities, tell us when you book and we'll work around them.
For most homes, professional carpet cleaning is recommended every 12 to 18 months. Homes with pets, kids, or heavy traffic do better on the shorter end of that range.
